A growing company in Berlin is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support data-driven HR decisions and optimize processes. You will manage recruitment from posting to onboarding, analyze personnel data, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on data analysis. This is a full-time, on-site position.
