The PM HSE department harmonizes methodologies and processes worldwide, ensuring consistency across projects in different countries. Having established a global PM Management System in collaboration with regional teams, we are entering the next phase: auditing its implementation, identifying areas for improvement, and continuously enhancing our global standards. This position offers an international environment, an opportunity to contribute to the development of global safety culture, and to support the implementation of best practices in HSE management across Nordex projects worldwide.

Your Tasks
  • Conduct audits and inspections across international projects to verify implementation of the PM HSE Management System.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas, and support the definition and follow-up of action plans with local coordinators.
  • Compile and document HSE lessons learned and best practices to strengthen continuous improvement.
  • Support PM Coordinators in developing, reviewing, and maintaining the HSE Management System documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, trainings, and awareness initiatives.
  • Support on-site HSE Managers and project teams to ensure activities are executed safely and in compliance with PM standards.
  • Deliver training sessions to strengthen the competence of HSE teams (both internal and external).
  • Participate in project-level meetings and assist in incident investigations when required.
  • Collaborate closely with regional HSE teams to ensure alignment of methodologies and clear communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Prepare audit reports and performance feedback for management review.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Technical Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or Environmental).
  • Postgraduate qualification in Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Professional experience in industrial, engineering, or energy environments, ideally within large or international organizations.
  • Knowledge of HSE management systems, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to engage, train, and motivate teams at different organizational levels.
  • Experience conducting HSE trainings, workshops, and audits.
  • Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner.
  • High level of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • Open and collaborative mindset, strong interest in promoting a global, harmonized safety culture.
