BHS Global Logistics GmbH in Germany is seeking an experienced HR Specialist (m/f/d) with expertise in temporary employment to support our team competently and with commitment, starting immediately.

You will handle recruiting, onboarding, payroll preparation, and advisory support for employees and managers while coordinating apprentices and interns. A remote work option enhances work-life balance in a growing logistics environment.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial training or HR qualification (certified HR Specialist) or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in human resources.
• Knowledge of employment law, company pensions (bAV), and data protection.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and time-tracking systems.

Aufgaben

• Operational and administrative HR work from recruitment and onboarding through to employee departure.
• Providing well-founded and legally compliant advice to employees and managers.
• Organizing and supporting apprentices, dual-study students, and interns.
• Actively contributing to HR projects.
• Preparing payroll.
• Supporting activities in temporary employment (employee leasing).

We are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced HR Specialist (m/f/d) with expertise in temporary employment (employee leasing) to support our team competently and with commitment, starting immediately.

Your professional and personal profile

• Commercial training, further qualification as a certified HR Specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in human resources
• Practical knowledge of employment law, company pension schemes (bAV), and data protection
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
• Experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office and common time-tracking systems
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working, with the ability to keep an overview even when handling a wide range of tasks
