PNE WIND AG is seeking an experienced HR Generalist (m/f/d) for a full-time, hybrid role based at Cuxhaven or Hamburg, with regular presence at the Cuxhaven location. You will manage onboarding, payroll liaison, and HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a dynamic renewable energy group.

You bring several years of HR experience, German labor-law knowledge, and proficiency in HR systems, with a focus on digitizing administrative workflows. German and English fluency are required.

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist (m/f/d) in full-time. The position, initially limited to one year, can be based in Cuxhaven or Hamburg with regular presence at the Cuxhaven location.

YOUR TASKS

• You independently manage all administrative HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding of our employees
• As a competent contact person for employees and managers, you provide advice on general HR-related questions
• You support with labor law issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Creating employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR-related documents is part of your responsibilities
• You maintain employee master data, digital personnel files, and time management systems in our HR software rexx
• As an interface to the external payroll service provider ADP, you ensure the timely preparation and follow-up of payroll
• Additionally, you support year-end tasks and HR-related evaluations, reporting, and statistics
• You constructively question existing processes and contribute to the continuous optimization and digitization of administrative HR workflows. You participate in HR projects and support the implementation of organizational changes

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in HR or a degree with a focus on HR management, business, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in HR with an administrative focus or in a generalist HR role distinguish you
• Good knowledge of the core operational HR processes and individual labor law complements your profile
• You constructively question established processes and enjoy making them more efficient, digital, and future-proof
• You are proficient in using HR systems, ideally with initial experience in rexx
• Knowledge of working with external payroll service providers is advantageous for you
• You have very good German skills as well as good English skills, both written and spoken
