Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an HR Outsourcing Vendor Specialist, located in Bremen. The HR Outsourcing Vendor Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with HR outsourcing vendors, implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee benefits. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with HR policies, managing personnel records, and addressing any employee benefit issues. The specialist will also assist in developing and improving HR management processes.
