Are you the enthusiastic and self‑driven HR Generalist we are looking for

We are looking for experienced HR Generalist to provide local support to managers and employees located in one of our sites in Darmstadt or Langenfeld (close to Leverkusen) but also responsible for further North Europe sites with the purpose to shape an outstanding employee experience and foster employee engagement in order lead the way for the business. You will be our team member if you like to work as first point‑of‑contact to employees and managers supporting them in operational People processes and daily challenges along the entire employee lifecycle. This is no back‑office job so you should enjoy serving customers dealing with various stakeholders supporting in annual people processes and acting as a role model with regards to our values. You will be advising and coaching the line managers in diverse People topics to support achievement of business goals and strategy and always stay in close contact with the workers councils. You actively participate and lead different projects and contribute to the development of the culture and leadership. If you enjoy dealing with the local environment and global targets at the same time managing several operational projects and keeping focused you are the perfect fit.

Business relies on your expertise in employee relationships as well as labor legislation and collective agreements related matters along the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit. You will work closely with the Northern Europe HR team and utilize the expertise of the PCC network to provide best possible support for our business.

To succeed in this role you should have :

Bachelors or masters degree from a relevant field of studies or several years of experience in People Management

Several years of work experience within operative human resources field ideally in a engineering environment

A proven track record of employee life cycle management as well as solid knowledge of labor law and using HR information systems e.g. Workday

Knowledge of technology industries collective agreements in best case in IG Metall would be a plus

Independent self‑starter with a service and solution oriented mindset as well as a networker from the bottom of your heart and the ability to setting priorities

Empathetic and strong in communicating with various stakeholders (German : C1 English : B2 ideally Dutch : B2)

Resilience and the ability to bring calm and confidence in changing situations

Willingness to travel from time to time and driver license B
