Job summary

V-Line Europe GmbH is seeking an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to shape the entire employee lifecycle in an international environment. You will recruit, onboard, develop and offboard employees while advising managers and employees on HR topics.

You will drive improvements beyond operations, manage international HR projects from concept to implementation, optimize SAP SuccessFactors usage, and analyze HR metrics to support scalable growth across our organization.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or several years of HR experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Structured, independent work approach with ownership mindset.
• Hands-on attitude toward operational tasks with ability to drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees, candidates and managers.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics.
• Develop structures, processes, and standards beyond daily HR operations.
• Lead international HR projects from concept to implementation (e.g., annual reviews, engagement surveys).
• Collaborate with managers and advise them as a sparring partner.
• Develop and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors system for scalable HR processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and derive actionable insights for organizational development.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience in HR
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a comparable role, ideally in a dynamic environment
• A structured, independent approach to work, with the drive to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completionli>
• The ability to take a hands-on approach to operational tasks while also contributing to strategic initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with employees, candidates and managers
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HR system is an advantage, but not essential
