Zusammenfassung

Sungrow Europe in Munich invites you to join as HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with managers and employees, guide on people matters, support recruitment, and oversee the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluent German and English are mandatory; a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in HRBP are expected. You will help ensure compliance with German labor law and drive workforce planning, development, and engagement.

• Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, providing professional guidance on people-related matters.
• Support and advise on employee relations issues, performance management, talent development, and organizational changes.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with German labour law and company policies while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities in cooperation with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the implementation and rollout of HR projects and regional HR initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within an international and fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of German labour law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience supporting managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management topics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• You can commute to the Munich office at least 3 days per week.
