Sungrow Europe is seeking a Spare Parts Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to support our German and European operations. You will oversee warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and inbound/outbound shipments in SAP/WMS environments.

You will collaborate with warehouses, carriers, service teams and suppliers to ensure high service levels, timely deliveries, and compliant logistics execution across Europe. Requires a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field and 2–5 years of warehouse experience,

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and shipping procedures.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or WMS systems.
• Fluent English; German preferred.
• Chinese is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization.
• Ensure spare parts are stored and handled according to company standards.
• Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain data accuracy in SAP, WMS, and related systems.
• Support warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics providers when required.
• Prepare shipping documents and support customs documentation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, warehouses, suppliers, and service partners.

The Spare Parts Warehouse & Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, and spare parts logistics activities across Germany and Europe.
The role ensures accurate inventory records, efficient inbound and outbound shipments, timely deliveries, and compliance with company procedures. The position works closely with warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders, service teams, suppliers, and customers to guarantee high service levels and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Experience with SAP, ERP, or WMS systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive working style.
• Fluent English; German is preferred.
• Chinese is a plus.
