Personio in Munich seeks a Delivery Project Manager to run inverter, MV station and battery storage projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and customer satisfaction.

You will be the main customer contact from purchase order to commissioning, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, and manage project documentation.

The role offers home-office options with occasional travel across Europe and opportunities to grow in a fast‑growing energy tech company.

Qualificações

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field.
• ~5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry.
• English and German C1; other languages welcome.
• Willingness to travel and strong negotiation skills in multitask/multi-project environments.
• Knowledge about battery storage is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the inverter, MV station and battery storage supply contracts, ensuring scope, delivery dates and budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Main point of contact for the customer from PO to commissioning.
• Coordinate internal subcontractors, product management, sales and service teams for the project.
• Project technical documentation management.
• Accompany the customer in FAT or SAT when required.

Your mission

Hello and welcome to Your new role as our new Delivery Project Manager.
This role can be taken in Munich directly, or, Home-office based, alternatively.

• Manage the inverter, MV station and battery storage supply contract and ensuring compliance with the obligations derived from it (scope of works, delivery dates and budget) and customer satisfaction
• Main point of contact for the customer along the project, from the purchase order until the successful commissioning
• Coordinate internally subcontracted companies, the product management, sales and service team in the context of the project
• Project technical documentation management
• Accompany the customer in FAT or SAT when required

Your profile

That was exciting was it? Now your background should more or less look like this:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or a similar field
• ~5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry (candidates with experience in EPC companies are desirable).
• English and German C1, other languages always welcome
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills and willingness to travel
• Strong negotiation skills and used to work on multitask and multi-project environment.
• Knowledge about battery storage is a plus
