Sungrow is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Leader Europe to spearhead and grow the European recruitment function. You will own the regional strategy, lead a team of recruiters and partner with business leaders and HR to enable scalable, high-quality hiring across European markets.

The role emphasizes building pipelines for critical roles in renewable energy and energy storage, driving employer branding, and coordinating with regional management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, ideally within a multinational organisation.
• Experience managing or leading a recruitment team.
• Strong experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies across multiple European markets.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit specialist, technical and commercial profiles.
• Strong understanding of European talent markets and recruitment practices.
• Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment KPIs and analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Your missionAs TalentAcquisitionTeam Leader Europe, you will lead and develop the European recruitment function, partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams to build the talent capabilities required for Sungrow's growth. You will own the regional recruitment strategy, lead a team of recruiters and ensure an efficient, scalable and high-quality hiring approach across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

European Recruitment Strategy

• Develop and execute Sungrow's European recruitment strategy in alignment with business growth plans.
• Translate workforce plans and business priorities into effective recruitment strategies.
• Establish scalable recruitment processes, standards and best practices across European markets.
• Monitor recruitment performance, market trends and talent availability to support strategic workforce planning.
• Advise senior leaders on talent-market conditions, recruitment challenges and hiring strategies.
• Partner with European business leaders, HR Business Partners and regional management.
• Provide data-driven recruitment insights and regular reporting to leadership.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop the European recruitment team.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs and priorities for the recruitment function.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and effective sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strengthen Sungrow's talent pools within renewable energy and energy storage markets.

Employer Brand & Talent Market

• Strengthen Sungrow's employer brand across European talent markets.
• Develop relationships with universities, professional networks, industry communities and specialist recruitment partners.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, ideally within a multinational organisation.
• Previous experience managing or leading a recruitment team.
• Strong experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies across multiple European markets.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit specialist, technical and commercial profiles.
• Strong understanding of European talent markets and recruitment practices.
• Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment KPIs and analytics.
