Zusammenfassung

Sungrow Europe in Munich seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with managers and employees, guiding on people-related matters and HR processes. You will ensure German labor law compliance and manage the full employee lifecycle while supporting talent development and organizational change.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years HRBP experience, German labor law knowledge, fluency in German and English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within an international and fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience supporting managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management topics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• You can commute to the Munich office at least 3 days per week.

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities in cooperation with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the implementation and rollout of HR projects and regional HR initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
