• HOST: Welcome guests with enthusiasm, be cosmopolitan, relaxed, empathetic and easy-going.

• A LOCAL: Be knowledgeable about the city and neighbourhood, sharing insider tips with guests.
• INDIVIDUAL: Align with HENRI while bringing your own personality; balance conventions with a playful approach.
• A PROFESSIONAL: Act as a jack-of-all-trades with a focus on revenue and rooms division; lead, motivate the team, and manage the hotel operations; act as a caring host.

You need to be prepared for this role, and knowledge of MS Office and the usual hotel programmes is a must. It is useful to have experience in the hotel industry—preferably in Sales, Rooms Division or Guest Relations—but you don’t have to be a Director.
