Overview

The Host - Bar is responsible to provide seamless and personalized guest service and assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the Bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service standards and hotel’s brand standards, foster loyalty.
• Take food and beverage orders, accurately post in the Micros system and serve in a timeless manner following Rosewood standards and guidelines.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the Bar outlet, including set up and end of day reporting.
• Manage beverage inventory by ensuring all stock is correctly stored, rotated and restocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front of house and heart of house service areas.
• Operate the Micros and SevenRooms system effectively

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in a similar role or within luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Proficiency in German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Ability to anticipate and understand guest needs to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
