The Michelberger Hotel is seeking a skilled Barkeeper for a part-time role (24 hours) in Berlin. You will host guests in the bar, craft cocktails, and support the service to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will contribute to developing the offer, work closely with all F&B departments, and participate in team meetings. A strong guest focus and bar expertise are essential in this vibrant, international environment.

Formación

• Team-oriented hospitality professional with strong guest service focus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience in a bar/FOH setting.
• Strong technical skills in cocktail preparation and bar operations.

Your mission

The Michelberger Hotel is a place where people come together to have a good time. In our restaurant and café/bar we serve the best local products sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters and suppliers we trust and out of our own Michelberger Farm, a food forest in Spreewald/Brandenburg.We are looking for support in the Michelberger Bar part-time (24 hours)!
As Barkeeper you are responsible for :

• Host in the evening
• Preparation of cocktails and drinks
• Supporting the service
• Assistance with the conception and implementation of the offer
• Close cooperation with the other F&B departments
• Participation in team meetings & clear communication

Your profile

- Great pleasure in teamwork and hosting
- Professional and friendly demeanor in dealing with guests and colleagues
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a managerial role
- Strong technical expertise in the bar area
