Zusammenfassung

Rosewood Munich is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Bar, Brasserie or Main Kitchen teams. You will assist with food preparation, lead the shift, and uphold the high standards of our luxury hotel dining experience.

Formal culinary training is preferred and at least two years of experience in luxury hotels or lifestyle restaurants. You are well-organized, self-motivated, a strong team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Coverage of food preparation and service times at Bar and Brasserie or Main Kitchen.
• Organizing the assigned workstation in the kitchen.
• Leading the team during the shift and ensuring smooth operations.
• Working in all areas of the kitchen as needed or as instructed by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
• Ensuring that all dishes in the respective section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.
