Hotel Louis C. Jacob Hamburg is seeking a charismatic Bar Team Leader to guide the team in the lounge, bar and Lindenterrasse terrace. You will craft the service experience, inspire colleagues and maintain the hotel’s standards of style, warmth and elegance.

• Maintain flexibility, independence and a confident demeanour.
• Support revenue-oriented sales and budgets; assist with forecasts.
• Monitor quality and hygiene in line with HACCP standards.

• Ensuring a smooth service flow and guest care in the lounge, in the bar and on Hamburg's most beautiful outdoor terrace - the Lindenterrasse
• Creating duty and holiday schedules
• Realisation of the Hotel Louis C. Jacob bar concept in our hotel, developing your own creative ideas together with our central F&B area with regard to a high-quality bar concept
• Induction of trainees and new employees at the bar
• Carrying out regular training courses for permanent employees and trainees
• High level of flexibility and commitment
• Ability to work independently and a confident demeanour
• Implementation of revenue-orientated sales
• Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Monitoring compliance with quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
