A consulting firm based in Berlin is seeking a Head / Project Lead for Sales and Go-To-Market strategies. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team, drive client growth, and deliver impactful consulting projects across various sectors. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Economics, have 3+ years of consulting experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills. Excellent communication in both German and English is required.

You'll join a 15-person team dedicated to scaling and executing Sales, Growth, and GTM strategies across industries - partnering with fast-scaling tech startups, established mid-sized companies, and PE-backed growth businesses.
In this role, you'll lead a team, strengthen project acquisition initiatives as well as lead high-impact commercial projects. Whether taking full ownership of interim management projects or leading teams of 10+ through complex sales and digital transformations, you'll shape GTM strategy, steer change management, and drive business building for Europe's next generation of growth companies - from baselining performance to scaling impact.
As Head / Project Lead Sales + GTM @ A11 , you'll be uniquely positioned to shape both client and team success. Building on your consulting and leadership expertise, this role deepens your strategic influence across the commercial realm in Growth and GTM.
