With our own experts in all things revenue, we are determined to drive our clients by building and providing industry-leading expertise throughout their entire commercial funnel - and now we're looking to strengthen our Sales & GTM (Go-To-Market) team with aHead / Project Lead Sales + GTM.

You'll join a 15-person team dedicated to scaling and executing Sales, Growth, and GTM strategies across industries - partnering with fast-scaling tech startups, established mid-sized companies, and PE-backed growth businesses.

In this role, you'll lead a team, strengthen project acquisition initiatives as well as lead high-impact commercial projects. Whether taking full ownership of interim management projects or leading teams of 10+ through complex sales and digital transformations, you'll shape GTM strategy, steer change management, and drive business building for Europe's next generation of growth companies - from baselining performance to scaling impact.

As Head / Project Lead Sales + GTM @ A11 , you'll be uniquely positioned to shape both client and team success. Building on your consulting and leadership expertise, this role deepens your strategic influence across the commercial realm in Growth and GTM.

In this role, you'll :
  • Lead and develop a team of 3-5 high-performing Consultants and Associates in Sales & GTM, providing mentorship and clear, personalised development paths.
  • Deliver high-impact consulting projects - either independently through interim management or by leading larger cross-functional teams in digital and sales transformation, change management, baselining, GTM strategy, and business building.
  • Drive project acquisition and client growth, partnering directly with Managing Directors and senior executives identify opportunities, shape proposals, and deepen strategic partnerships.
  • Build and run workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions for clients and their commercial teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP Sales + GTM to advance A11's commercial vision and consulting approach.
  • Partner with A11's cross-functional leadership team to evolve best practices and amplify our impact across clients and teams.
  • Be at the forefront of commercial innovation : work with cutting-edge tools, including AI-enabled solutions, and develop best practices to shape modern sales and growth strategies.
Your Profile :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with excellent academic performance.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience, within startup, mid-sized, PE-backed, or digital environments.
  • Proven leadership and people development skills for a team of highly ambitious and capable consultants eager to grow and deliver impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset, conceptual thinking and a structured approach to problem - solving.
  • Solid skills in stakeholder management, and strong understanding of digital business models and digital transformation.
  • Highly driven and adaptable, you combine a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and curious about AI, with strong potential to deepen commercial expertise on top of consulting foundations.
  • Openness to travel 3-4 days per week when working onsite at one of our clients.
  • Excellent communication talent at a Native or C2 level in German, with business fluency in English.
