Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent end-to-end consumer experience in our retail environment, driving satisfaction, brand engagement, and conversion throughout the consumer journey
• Further develop the retail concept and implement innovative capabilities to boost consumer demand and satisfaction
• Create and maintain a Retail Development roadmap to enable both quantitative and qualitative growth
• Initiate, lead, and manage the implementation of new retail capabilities and scalable infrastructure in collaboration with Digital and Operations teams
• Empower the Retail team for outstanding performance by providing guidance, tools, and clear objectives
• Collaborate with Product Management and Brand Marketing to ensure retail strongly supports brand positioning, awareness, and desire
• Drive consumer and market analytics to enable fact-based decision‑making and strategic improvements
• Lead the annual planning process and ensure delivery against agreed objectives across all retail initiatives
• Work in an international environment with a global scope, fostering cross‑functional alignment and seamless communication

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience in retail management with a focus on expansion and growth
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Proven track record in successful store openings and expansions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Comprehensive knowledge of the retail fashion industry, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
• Willingness to travel to support expansion projects
• Fluent in English and German
