We're hiring a Head of Product to define and drive UXCam's AI-powered analytics strategy for the whole product organization—Product, Design, Engineering, and beyond. You'll craft a compelling vision, translate it into an outcome-driven roadmap, and lead a small, high-bar Product team in Berlin. You are tech-savvy with a deep interest in AI, have strong product sense for analytics, and excel at cross-functional leadership and storytelling.
Set a clear, inspiring vision for AI-powered product analytics that reduces user effort and improves decision quality.
Translate vision into a focused roadmap with crisp success metrics, staged bets, and fast learning cycles.
Identify wedges and use-cases that prove value quickly while building durable differentiation.
Hire, mentor, and lead a small, high-performing Product team in Berlin; raise the bar on discovery and decision quality.
Work closely with Engineering and Design to ship clean, usable flows that connect metrics to real user behavior.
Establish a ship-learn cadence : instrument outcomes, run experiments, iterate in weeks—not quarters.
Build simple, scalable product processes (prioritization, reviews, launch checklists) that enable speed without chaos.
Partner with Marketing on positioning and storytelling that make the value obvious.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on pilots, pricing / packaging, enablement, and feedback loops from the field.
Turn customer insights into roadmap decisions; retire what doesn't work and double down on what does.
Communicate trade-offs and choices clearly; keep the company aligned on goals, progress, and learnings.
Foster a product culture grounded in outcomes, clarity, and accountability.
Champion responsible use of AI and strong product quality standards.
8–12+ years in Product Management with 3+ years leading PMs; proven end-to-end ownership in B2B SaaS.
Strong AI fluency and curiosity : you understand where AI helps teams decide and act, and where it shouldn't.
Experience building or prototyping AI-powered products—you tinker, experiment, and show how things can be built.
Analytics depth: funnels, retention, cohorts, diagnostics—and how product teams actually use (or struggle to use) them.
Execution excellence : you simplify, set a high quality bar, make fast decisions with imperfect data, and focus the team.
Cross-functional leadership : track record partnering with Marketing, Sales, and CS to turn strategy into adoption and expansion.
Strengths in stakeholder alignment : you surface trade‑offs, make principles explicit, and help diverse teams move forward together.
You thrive on feedback; You want a candid, open, honest environment where results and accountability are important.
Berlin-based; comfortable with a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite).
Experience with mobile and web product health metrics (e.g. crash-free users, ANR rate, performance).
Familiarity with privacy and compliance considerations in analytics.
Comfort with usage-aligned packaging, add-ons, and role-based productization.
Scope and ownership to define a high-leverage product area in a pivotal moment for the category.
