About This Position
We are scaling further! 🚀We are looking for a powerhouse Head of Operations to lead our Onboarding, Hardware & Service, and Support teams.
This isn't a "soft" relationship management role; it is a process-heavy, execution-focused position for someone who loves building systems that don't break. You will bridge the gap between our technology and the physical reality of a busy kitchen. If you excel here, this role offers significant responsibility and growth potential within the company.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in leadership roles within operation-intensive environments (e.g., Q-Commerce, Logistics, Fintech, or Hardware-enabled SaaS).
- The "Builder" Mindset: You have a track record of building complex operational processes from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones.
- Data & AI Driven: You are obsessed with efficiency and use the latest AI tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual labor.
- Prioritization & KPIs: You are ruthless when it comes to prioritization and hitting KPIs.
- Grit & Detail: You are super patient when dealing with "edge cases" but maintain a keen eye for detail across all operations.
- Cultural Fluency: You thrive in international environments and enjoy working with the diverse backgrounds that make up the European gastronomy scene.
- Location: You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Munich or Berlin.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect the Machine: Build, document, and constantly iterate on the end-to-end processes for Onboarding, Hardware/Inventory, and Customer Support.
- Lead the Front Line: Manage and grow three distinct teams:
- Onboarding: Ensuring restaurants go live faster and are trained to power‑user status.
- Hardware & Service: Managing the physical supply chain, inventory, and field‑service requests.
- Support: Overseeing chat and phone support to ensure lightning‑fast, high‑quality resolutions.
- Scale through Automation: You will be "crazy about AI." We expect you to identify every opportunity to use AI and automation to handle repetitive tasks and edge cases.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the operational glue between the Founders, as well as Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to ensure commercial promises are operationally deliverable.
- Culture & Expansion: Lead a diverse team and interact with our multicultural restaurant partners as we prepare to scale allO across Europe.
