A leading European manufacturer of medical commodities seeks a Head of Global Sales in Berlin. This strategic role involves defining the international market strategy and executing comprehensive sales plans. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in medical devices and not only drive revenue through distributor networks but also build OEM partnerships. Proficiency in English and German is essential, with a competitive salary starting at €120,000 plus benefits, including a company car and modern IT equipment.
Our client is a very successful European manufacturer of premium medical commodities. With strong heritage and production facilities in the CEE region and a rapidly expanding global footprint, the company operates a dual business model: successfully selling its own brand while serving as a trusted OEM and Private Label partner for major international healthcare players. To elevate their international market presence, ISG is retaining a high-caliber commercial leader based in Berlin. We are seeking a strategic architect who will drive revenue through both distributor networks and large-scale OEM partnerships.
As the Head of Global Sales, you will report directly to the Board and define the international route-to-market strategy. Based in the German HQ in Berlin, you will act as the global ambassador, balancing the growth of the company’s brand with high-volume manufacturing contracts. Key Responsibilities
