• Financial Leadership: Own all aspects of financial management reporting, performance analysis, and operational controlling.

You excel in

• Education
• Advanced degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior financial roles, with a strong background in business controlling and financial management. Operational experience (sales, project execution) is a plus.
• Experience & Skills
• Deep expertise in financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and reporting.
• Proven track record in leading financial planning and reporting processes in complex, global environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to engage at all organizational levels.
• Experience managing multicultural, cross‑regional teams and navigating diverse business models.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities; results‑oriented with a “big‑picture” mindset.
