A consultancy firm in Germany is seeking a Head of Department for Environmental Impact Assessment. This role includes leading a talented team, managing EIA projects, and promoting the firm in the German market. The ideal candidate will have extensive EIA experience in infrastructure and be fluent in German. The position offers permanent employment with flexible working options.

As our new Head of Department - EIA (m/f/d) you will be part of the leadership team of Environment & Health (E&H) in Germany and also part of a global network of EIA practitioners within our E&H division responsible for growing the existing team in Germany. You will be supporting colleagues in all business areas in Germany to grow our EIA pipeline and build a talented team of 30 people. Our existing EIA team in Germany covers local infrastructure, rail and onshore wind projects and also international assignments related to project finance. We are rolling out sector approaches for Rail and Energy to align and streamline our service to clients.
