Your Role

At STABL Energy were building the backbone of next-generation battery systems - scalable smart and built to last. Here youll find engineers driven by purpose and a team culture that values autonomy clarity and real impact over hierarchy and noise.

As Head of Cloud you will own everything related to our Battery Cloud - STABLs cloud-based platform that connects and manages our fleet of battery energy storage systems (BESS). Youll lead the design and operation of the entire product-related cloud stack : from IoT connectivity to data pipelines from device fleet management to internal service tools.

This role bridges cloud infrastructure embedded edge systems and product development. Youll work closely with our service operations compliance and firmware teams to build a robust compliant and scalable platform.

Your mission

• Lead the Cloud team driving the architecture scalability and reliability of our product cloud platform
• Manage and evolve our IoT and edge device fleet management systems
• Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines and time-series data storage
• Ensure our internal service portal delivers a first-class operational experience
• Implement and maintain security and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across teams to align technical decisions with business priorities
• Define and enforce best practices for cloud operations observability and cost efficiency
• Plan team growth and structure as we scale

Your profile

Proven experience leading cloud development teams in a startup or fast-moving product environment

Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures IoT systems and data pipelines

Solid hands-on experience with infrastructure as code observability and automation

Strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute and deliver in dynamic environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Motivation to build systems that connect the physical and digital worlds

Experience in web development and embedded devices is beneficial
