Jobbeschreibung
Your role

As Head of Architecture & Real Estate Development Hospitality (all genders), you and your team of architects are responsible for the strategic, conceptual, and operational management of all planning and construction activities within our company. Your focus lies on the scalable, economical, and brand-compliant development and standardization of our hospitality product — from planning and construction to the handover to operations. Together with our cross‑functional project teams and external planning and construction partners, you ensure the on‑time commissioning of our expansion sites.

We value diversity and warmly invite people of all genders, cultures, and backgrounds to apply.

Why Homaris?
  • Flexible working for a balanced work‑life experience: 30 days of vacation, options for workation and sabbatical, hybrid work (in‑office and remote), and flexible working hours with flexitime.
  • Attractive employer contributions to company pension plans: 20% in the first year, 25% after one year, and 30% after three years with Homaris.
  • Tax‑free benefit: A monthly €50 digital voucher after the probation period.
  • Healthy lunch break: Homaris subsidizes your lunch with €3.10 per day, up to 15 days per month.
  • Public transport included: Reimbursement of costs for the Deutschlandticket (Germany Ticket) if needed.
  • Job bike leasing: Lease your bike through salary conversion — Homaris covers the monthly service and insurance fees so you can ride worry‑free.
  • Employee discounts: 50% off private stays at our Homaris apartments across Germany.
  • Modern work equipment: You’ll receive a MacBook Air and, if required, a mobile phone as part of your hardware package.
  • Free mental health coaching: Available for you and your family through an independent partner supporting professional, personal, and health‑related challenges.
  • Exclusive travel industry benefits: Discounted train tickets, hotel deals, car rental offers, and reduced prices for events.
  • Regular team events: We host Christmas parties, after‑work get‑togethers, internal team activities, and regular company offsites.
Your mission
  • You develop and implement a company‑wide project development strategy.
  • You are responsible for the further development of the department’s structure and processes to ensure seamless collaboration with external partners.
  • You consistently standardize our product.
  • You define design, spatial, and furnishing standards (design guidelines, FF&E, material concepts).
  • You drive the internationalization of our FF&E and furniture production.
  • You prepare feasibility analyses, project budgets, and timelines — and ensure compliance with them.
  • You work closely with the executive management, the expansion department, and operations.
Your profile
  • You hold a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Management.
  • You have several years of professional experience in a leadership role in project development, architecture, or as an owner’s representative.
  • You have proven experience with hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality‑related projects.
  • You have a strong affinity for processes, especially in planning and construction.
  • You possess solid knowledge of German building and planning regulations, including VOB, HOAI, etc.
  • You are proficient in relevant CAD software, preferably Graphisoft Archicad.
  • You are comfortable using controlling tools, KPIs, and project management methods.
  • You present yourself confidently when dealing with external planning offices and (construction) service providers.
  • You speak German at least at B2 level and English at least at C1 level.
  • You use digital tools with ease, recognize potential for improvement, and are enthusiastic about how AI can make everyday work more efficient.

If you don’t meet all of the above criteria but are still interested in the position, we encourage you to apply anyway. We welcome diverse backgrounds and profiles.
