Now, as Head of Account Management & Site Lead Logistics (m/w/x), you will oversee all operational and strategic aspects of our Düren site, including budget, team leadership, process optimization, customer relationship management, and technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic site leadership with full budget and results responsibility.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of over 400 employees.
• Analyze and optimize production and logistics processes for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction in B2B and B2C segments, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Manage partnerships with operational departments, quality, safety, and facilities.
• Ensure SLA and KPI compliance, safety, and quality standards, with continuous improvement.
• Leverage automation technologies and warehouse management systems.
• Responsible for employee leadership and effective communication across all levels.
• Coordinate customer requirements with account and operational teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Significant experience in Key Account Management and Logistics.
• Proven leadership in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Lean Management, continuous improvement, and automation.
• International project experience and understanding of global markets.
• Strong customer focus, quality, and cost awareness.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
