Your mission

• Take on both operational and tactical responsibility for growth marketing channels across DACH, focusing on paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok) and SEA (Google Ads).
• Dive deep into KPIs, monitoring performance metrics and applying the latest industry insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
• Work with a substantial budget, defining and implementing channel-specific strategies to meet performance goals and achieve targeted ROI.
• Directly contribute to HER ONE's profitable growth strategy being flexible and open to constantly exploring new opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to test new channels and tools, bringing fresh, innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
• Operate hands‑on in daily campaign management, supporting and guiding team efforts to drive success.

Your profile

• 4-5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing within e-commerce, with a solid grasp of paid performance strategies and product feed based marketing.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for effective, engaging advertising content.
• Proven experience managing significant budgets and optimizing campaign types to meet business objectives.
• Analytical and numbers‑driven, with a strong capacity for problem‑solving and conceptual thinking.
• Fluent in English (German is a big plus) and a clear communicator who values teamwork.
