Zusammenfassung

Enemix is seeking a senior professional to lead grid connection and plant control across multi-country projects. You will own end-to-end processes from application to energisation, drive grid-code compliance, and interact with network operators, certifiers, and internal teams for timely delivery.

You will define SCADA and controller strategies for solar and storage assets, set technical specifications, and manage supplier evaluations to ensure compliant, on-schedule execution.

• Fluent German and English required.

Every utility-scale project faces the same question: will it energise on time? Here, you are the reason the answer is yes. You will lead grid connection and plant control across a pipeline that spans large-scale solar, a fast-growing German battery storage business and a fresh, large-scale push into the UK, with real authority over how it gets done.

About the Company

A European solar and storage platform with a decade of delivery behind it, backed by a global energy group with decades of electrical engineering and manufacturing heritage. It runs the full lifecycle in-house, from development and financing through construction and operation, and has delivered dozens of utility-scale projects across Europe, including high-voltage solar parks. Today it is scaling standalone battery storage in Germany, delivering projects turnkey to international investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own grid connection end to end, from application through energisation and compliance sign-off.
• Lead grid code compliance across German, Dutch and UK requirements.
• Be the lead technical interface with network operators, certifiers and internal teams.
• Set SCADA and power plant controller strategy for solar and battery storage assets.
• Define technical specifications and evaluate suppliers for SCADA, substation and switchgear equipment.
• Review designs and control concepts so projects stay compliant and on schedule.
• Manage connection timelines and flag risks early.
• Degree in electrical or power engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• Several years of hands-on grid connection and compliance experience on utility-scale renewables.
• Practical SCADA and power plant controller knowledge, including commissioning and integration.
• Confident with TSOs, DSOs and German connection rules such as VDE-AR-N 4110 and 4120.
• Professional German and fluent English.
• Exposure to Dutch or UK connection frameworks, such as the Netcode or G99.
• Battery storage or hybrid plant integration experience.
