Overview

We are seeking a Grid Connection Manager to strengthen our client's growing team in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive all grid-related topics for utility-scale solar, wind and battery storage projects (MV/HV).
• Lead connection applications, negotiations and contracts with DSOs/TSOs.
• Collaborate with grid operators and manage compliance with technical standards (VDE 4110/4120/4130).
• Develop grid concepts, perform grid studies, and design substation solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering (BSc/MSc/Apprenticeship).
• Experience with renewable integration (solar, wind, BESS).
• Strong knowledge of MV/HV grid planning and connection processes.
• Fluency in German + good English skills.
