Global Trainee in Sales Project Management EMEA

About The Program

Nefab Group is on a sustainable growth journey, and we depend on curious, driven talents to shape our future. Our Global Trainee Program, starting August 2026, is designed to give recent graduates the opportunity to develop quickly, contribute from day one, and build a long-term career at Nefab.

This is a regional role based in Tamm (Stuttgart), reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing for EMEA. Nefab’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region operates across 22 markets, employs approximately 2,100 people, and generates an annual turnover of around SEK 4.2 billion.

During This 10-month Program

  • Begin with a broad introduction at Nefab Headquarters and other key sites in Sweden
  • Work on hands-on, meaningful projects connected to our packaging and logistics solutions
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and mentors
  • Gain cross-functional insight into how Nefab delivers customer value globally
  • Complete a 2–3 month international assignment at one of our locations in the Americas, EMEA, or APAC
  • Return to your base location to continue developing within Sales and Project Management

After graduating from the program in June 2027, you will step into your long-term role as Sales Project Manager, EMEA based in Tamm (Stuttgart), where you will be responsible for the coordination of new opportunities for regional and global key accounts and continuous improvement initiatives to continue to grow within our global organization.

Your Profile

  • University degree (minimum Bachelor; graduating by July 2026)
  • Field of study: Master’s degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar
  • A real team player with strong collaboration and networking skills
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn quickly
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • International experience or interest in global work
  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Interest in logistics, packaging, and supply chain solutions
