About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Business Developer with C2-level German and a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech sales or business development. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth within the German-speaking market.

This role requires a strong combination of commercial mindset, technical understanding, and consultative sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the German-speaking market

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, product presentation, negotiation, and closing

  • Understand customer technical needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Account Management teams

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools

  • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets

  • Stay up to date with product developments and market trends

Required Qualifications
  • C2 level in German (spoken and written)

  • Fluent in English (business level)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales, B2B sales, or business development

  • Strong understanding of technical products or SaaS solutions

  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach

Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS, Cloud, IT services, or digital solutions

  • Previous experience working with the DACH market

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
