This role offers the exciting opportunity to work in Greece with paid relocation assistance. As a Support Agent, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch service to our German-speaking clients, ensuring their logistics inquiries and needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.


Responsibilities


  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services, including shipping options, order tracking, and service policies

  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up

  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions for customer inquiries

  • Keep abreast of service updates, policies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients


Requirements


  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
