The Role

In this position, you will act as a strategic advisor for B2B clients across the DACH region. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, articulating the value of complex technical solutions, and closing deals that help organizations modernize their IT infrastructure. You will work on-site in our modern Berlin office, collaborating with a diverse group of industry experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and reach out to key decision-makers within the German-speaking market to introduce cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.
  • Technical Consultation: Leverage your technical background to understand client needs and recommend appropriate server, storage, and networking architectures.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation and qualification to negotiation and final contract signature.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • CRM Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions within our CRM system.
Who You Are

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent (C2) German is mandatory, along with a strong command of English (B2) for internal collaboration and training.
