German-Speaking Product Consultant – Banking Sector (Recovery & Collections)

Location : Germany – remote

We’re looking for a native or fluent German-speaking Product Consultant with deep expertise in German banking, specifically collections, recovery, and restructuring.

This client-facing role focuses on functional advisory, regulatory guidance, and process workshops, not technical implementation.

What You’ll Do :

• Advise banks on debt collection, recovery, and restructuring processes (private, commercial, corporate clients).
• Conduct on-site and remote workshops and training sessions.
• Support regulatory reporting (e.g., Bundesbank) and annual financial statement preparation (HGB).
• Provide domain expertise on banking software used for recovery, collateral management, and financial processes.

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong experience in German banking collections / recovery and annual financial statements.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and risk provisioning.
• Excellent communicator, able to lead workshops and advise clients independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
• Native / fluent German; English optional.

Nice to Have :

• Experience in public-sector banking frameworks.
• Familiarity with banking software products used in recovery and restructuring.
