What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire the Team
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a talented collections team of 30+ agents.
  • Create a motivating work environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
  • Set clear goals, track performance, and celebrate success together.
Drive Performance & Deliver Results
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, workflow management, and KPIs.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to help your team reach new levels of performance.
  • Ensure all collections activities meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Support Exceptional Customer Service
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with senior management.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
What You Bring
  • Proven experience leading teams of 20+ people – ideally in collections, customer service, or contact centre environments.
  • A strong background in financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • A hands‑on leadership style with a natural ability to motivate, coach, and inspire.
  • Confidence working with CRM systems, collections tools, and MS Office.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for helping teams and customers succeed.
