100Hires, Inc. is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support specialist to assist travelers with reservations and inquiries from Greece. You will communicate via phone, email and chat, handling changes and cancellations with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires relocation to Greece and offers initial training, with the possibility to work remotely from within Greece after training. This is a full-time position in an international, multicultural environment, with career

Qualifications

• Fluent German and good English are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-focused mindset with an ability to empathize with customers.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail or similar roles is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural environment.
