Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative (EU) to join a full-time team with EU relocation support. The role requires EU citizenship and the right to work within the European Union.

You will manage inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, provide accurate product information, and maintain detailed records. A strong German (C1+) and English (B2+) plus empathy are essential for success.

Qualifikationen
