As a Customer Support Representative, you will engage with customers via inbound calls, email, and chat, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience across all communication channels.
Identify customer needs and provide smart, effective solutions
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues when needed
Turn every customer into a happy and loyal customer
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and improve solutions
High fluency in German (C1) & good command of English (B2)
