In your role as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will assume a central position in expanding our business footprint by cultivating strategic enterprise client relationships, driving platform usage, and securing long‑term retention.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enterprise Relationship Management: Directly oversee major corporate accounts and build long‑lasting partnerships with C‑suite executives.
- Account Expansion: Spot opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross‑selling in direct collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
- Lifecycle Success: Direct smooth client onboarding processes, foster ongoing usage of platform features, and drive recurring contract renewals.
- Value Reviews: Execute data‑guided business performance reviews to highlight measurable return on investment for enterprise partners.
- Churn Prevention: Track indicators of account health to proactively detect churn risks and implement targeted retention campaigns.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic conduit connecting enterprise customers with our internal product development, engineering, and sales units.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
- Experience: Demonstrated track record in Account Management or Enterprise Customer Success within a B2B SaaS, start‑up, or scale‑up company.
- Languages: Complete C1‑level fluency in both German and English (oral and written skills required).
- Tools: Practical background working with contemporary CRM software platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Mindset: Strong capacity for strategic thinking, persuasive negotiation skills, and an autonomous work ethic.
Nice‑to‑Haves:
- Working knowledge of additional European languages is considered an asset.
