Cross Border Talents seeks a motivated Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers in a fast-paced e-commerce environment in Lisbon. You will work on-site with rotating shifts, delivering top-notch service across phone, chat, and email.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Work on-site with rotating shifts, delivering top-notch support to German-speaking customers in a fast-paced, exciting e-commerce world.

Your schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• 07:0023:00 (rotating shifts, so you get variety!)
• 2 rotating days off each week (because rest matters)
• And hey, maybe one day 24/7 shifts but well keep you posted!
