A multinational company is seeking motivated German-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team in Lisbon. You will support sellers through effective communication, ensuring high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and strong sales awareness. Location: Lisbon, Portugal
We are looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team in Lisbon. You will be supporting sellers through inbound and outbound communication, ensuring their success while providing high-quality customer service. This role requires a proactive, sales‑aware mindset and excellent communication skills.
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support via phone, email, and chat.
Proactively assist sellers with account management, telesales, and business development‑related topics.
Influence seller success through effective communication and solution‑oriented support.
Work within a fast‑paced environment while meeting performance targets and service quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Fluent in German (C1+) and good command of English (B2+).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or support (telesales, account management, customer success, or business development).
Strong sales awareness with the ability to influence and guide sellers (mandatory).
Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and weekends.
Candidates must not have previously worked for ByteDance in any LOB, BPO, or country.
Initially: Monday to Sunday, 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (rotative shifts)
Days off: 2 rotative days per week
At a later date (TBC by client): 24/7 schedule Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
