What You’ll Do

• Advise on UCITS, AIFs, and private funds structuring, management, and regulatory compliance
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation, prospectuses, offering memoranda, and service agreements
• Support cross-border transactions with high-profile international clients
• Collaborate with colleagues in highly collegial environments where knowledge sharing is valued
• Build and maintain strong client relationships (for senior and partner levels)

Profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in funds law, ideally Luxembourg or international context
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for UCITS, AIFs, and other fund structures
• Experience levels: Mid (3-6 years), Senior (6+ years), Partner (client portfolio & team leadership)
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus
