Gorgeous Smiling Hotels GmbH is looking for a Front Office Agent (m/f/d) in Böblingen, Germany. As part of our innovative hotel team, you'll be responsible for the check-in and check-out processes of our international guests and managing their inquiries and complaints.

The ideal candidate will have training in the hotel industry, enjoy working with diverse guests, and possess strong organizational skills along with proficiency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in the hotel industry is preferred.
• Experience at reception is beneficial.
• Very good German and English language skills are essential.

Front Office Agent (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Check-in and check-out of our international guests
• Answer all questions, concerns or complaints from our guests
• Process reservations, telephone and written inquiries
• Prepare guest invoices and handle cash accounting
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as housekeeping to ensure smooth operations
