Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor Hamburg is seeking an operations specialist for air freight export shipments in the Aerospace & Defence sector. You will manage order entry in CW1/Tango, coordinate pre-carriage operations and handle invoicing and posting of documents.

You will also provide customer support and claims handling, and operate at a 24/7 AOG desk in a shift-based schedule. Fluent German and English, strong communication, and flexibility are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in freight forwarding and logistics services, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a service- and customer-oriented approach.
• Reliable time management, flexibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• If the role involves contact with the aviation security area, a valid security clearance (ZÜP) and valid aviation security training will be required.
