German Freelance Quality & Team Manager

Remote across Europe Freelance

Are you looking for a flexible business model a strong focus on quality and a long-term freelance collaboration within a dynamic and people-oriented environment? For an international project we are currently looking for a Freelance Quality & Team Manager to join a high-performing remote team.

In this role you will be responsible for the service quality and professional development of up to 25 freelance customer advisors, providing guidance, coaching and operational leadership.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and call monitoring to identify strengths and development areas
• Ensure consistently high service quality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional expertise
• Analyse individual training needs and coordinate training activities (communication skills, product knowledge, processes)
• Deliver online workshops and project onboarding sessions using a variety of training methodologies
• Motivate and guide a fully remote team promoting high quality standards
• Act as the first operational point of contact for the team
• Identify process improvement opportunities and report performance and results to the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Completed professional training and experience as a Team Leader, Coach or Quality Manager in customer service
• Proven experience in leading and motivating remote teams
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a constructive and development‑focused approach
• High quality standards, structured working style and strong attention to detail
• Confidence working in cross‑functional and intercultural environments
• Professional, self‑assured attitude with a collaborative mindset
