Job summary

Clera is seeking a Founding Marketing Lead to build and lead the marketing function for a seed-stage B2B AI software company. You will collaborate with founders and product teams to create campaigns, launch products, and develop content that drives customer acquisition, pipeline, and revenue.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of B2B startup marketing experience, native German fluency, and strong writing skills in both German and English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B startup or scaleup.
• Native German fluency and excellent German and English writing skills.
• Hands-on experience across campaigns, content, events, product launches, landing pages, and conversion journeys.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, website, events, partnerships, and paid channels.
• Create and distribute newsletters, founder content, customer stories, videos, webinars, blog posts, and social content.
• Support product launches across customer-facing channels.
• Organize webinars, dinners, conferences, and customer events from planning through follow-up.
• Turn founder ideas, customer conversations, and market insights into polished content.
• Develop campaign concepts and create creative assets independently or with external collaborators and AI tools.
• Build and optimize landing pages, campaign pages, and conversion journeys.
• Test new formats, partnerships, and distribution channels, then expand successful approaches.
• Track marketing impact across audience attention, pipeline, and revenue.

What We're Looking For

• Comfort using AI tools for research, writing, design, automation, and analysis.

• A strong eye for content, design, and brand, with a practical, commercially minded approach to execution and growth.

• Ability to work autonomously, move quickly, and deliver reliably.
