Bluebird is seeking a Berlin-based marketing leader to build the function from the ground up. You will own brand, positioning and messaging while shaping a new category and driving events and case studies.

The role requires German fluency (C1/C2), 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, and a track record with high-growth teams. Hybrid in-office schedule and equity are offered as part of a €100-150k package.

Location: Berlin (Hybrid - 3/4 days per week in office)

Language: This is a German-speaking role (C1/C2)

Salary: €100-150k OT+ Equity (depending on experience)

Our client offers an AI platform that helps companies find and win public contracts. Its AI does the tedious parts of public procurement: finding relevant tenders, reading the paperwork, drafting proposals and checking compliance. In the 5 months since launching they've grown €0 to €1mio ARR!
