We are looking for a visionary Founding CTO/CPTO for a hybrid role based in Berlin. If you are passionate about deep tech, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience building transactional platforms, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

1. Lead customer discovery and validation to refine the value proposition to our three main target groups: Deep Tech founders, investors, and corporate partners.
2. Co-build the product vision to establish the leading deep technology database of Europe as well as the most effective match-making platform.
3. Establish the technological foundation of a transactional platform, including the data infrastructure.
4. Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.
5. Recruit and lead an in-house, top-tier engineering team.
6. Manage the company’s data, including storage, analysis, data privacy, and security.

1. …have experience in building transactional platforms,
2. …have product management passion and experience,
3. …ideally have exposure to building and scaling communities,
4. …are hands-on and can code with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience,
5. …have proven experience as a technical leader in a fast-paced environment,
6. …have interest in Deep Tech verticals such as Novel AI, Bio Builders, New Space & Resilience, Clean Energy, Future of Computing, Advanced Materials, Smart Mobility, Robotics and more,
7. …are willing to move to Berlin or travel here for regular team meet-ups.
