Job summary

Wwshemi, a Berlin-based AI-powered procurement technology company, is seeking a Chief of Staff to turn strategic priorities into action and strengthen go-to-market execution. You will build the systems needed to support growth, own sales ops, and drive cross-functional initiatives with the founders.

You will work closely with founders to prioritize high-impact work, develop operational processes, and explore AI-enabled tooling across functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance environment (consulting, VC, high-growth startup, or founding a company).
• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and understanding of their practical capabilities.

About the Role

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as consulting, venture capital, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of their practical capabilities.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Interest in AI-enabled software and procurement technology; prior experience in the sector is not specified as a requirement.
